Zid store integration — guide and support

Vilabs360 turns a plain product photo into a professional AI ad visual. The Zid integration is read-only: we never change your products, prices, or stock.

The full flow: connect your Zid store, import products and images, pick an image, and generate AI ad content.

• Connect a Zid store with Vilabs360 through the official OAuth authorization.
• Import products and their images to use them for AI ad creation.

Vilabs only requests read access to the product data and images needed to create advertising content — nothing more. We never request any write scope on your store.

• We never access customers.
• We never access orders.
• We never access payments.
• Store data is never modified: our scopes are read-only — no prices, no stock, no products.
• What we use only: product name, description, images, and URL, to create the ad you request.
• Stored only: the product image you pick for generation, inside your own private storage space.

• Click "Connect Zid store" from the product source picker, or from Account → Connected stores — you will be redirected to Zid's official authorization page.
• Approve the requested permissions (read products only) on the authorization page.
• Pick the product from your store — your product list appears inside Vilabs360, ready to select.
• Use the product to generate AI advertising content in a single click.

The connection is secure: tokens are exchanged over HTTPS, stored encrypted, and never exposed to the browser.

You can disconnect at any time from Account → Connected stores → Disconnect.

• On disconnect, the access data and tokens used for the connection (Access/Refresh Tokens) are deleted and all access to your store stops.
• Data you created inside Vilabs (such as generated images) may be retained in accordance with the Privacy Policy, remains yours, and can be deleted anytime.
• We never request your data again unless you reconnect the store yourself.

• Does the app modify my products or prices? No. The scope is read-only.
• Does it access my orders or customers? Never.
• Do generated images appear in my store automatically? No. You download and upload them yourself.
• What if the connection expires? You will see a message with a "Reconnect" button.
• Are my images used to train AI models? No.
